BrianJONESPassed away at Mountain Ash Hospital on Feb 19, 2015 with his wife and daughter at his side, after a long illness he is now at peace. He will be sadly missed by all the family but will live on in our hearts forever. The funeral service will be held at Tabernacle Chapel on Friday Feb 27, 2015 at 12.30pm followed by service and committal at Llwydcoed Crematorium at 1.30pm.
